Where does the criteria knowledge come from?
We are working with more and more lenders directly week-by-week, but even without formal partnerships the tool has all the knowledge that any intermediary site holds, as a minimum. This will improve over time as we are committed to updating the knowledge every time a lending policy change is made and as more lenders come on board.

Does this work beyond residential, for buy-to-let, bridging and other niches?
There is limited buy-to-let knowledge included from launch, with dedicated buy-to-let and bridging tools coming by the end of the year. When you log in, you’ll be able to select which one you wish to use (only the residential model is available initially).
